getBrotherMessage(String element,int index )

适用范围：Android

命令含义：获取兄弟节点信息

命令参数：两个参数，第一个参数输入对象名，第二个参数输入兄弟节点所在层级的节点角标。

命令产生：手动产生。

命令举例：mr.getBrotherMessage("View|1.00000000",1);
